Martijn Jansen specialises in commercial dispute resolution. His practice covers a wide range of both civil and disciplinary disputes, with an emphasis on professional liability proceedings, banking and bankruptcy law issues and a variety of contract law matters, often involving issues of private international law. Martijn studied at Radboud University Nijmegen, where he completed his master’s degree in Civil Law (cum laude) in April 2015. In the same year, he joined NautaDutilh. At the end of 2022, he made the move to Blaisse.
